The meat is cut into slices and seasoned with salt, garlic, sweet red pepper (to give the typical red color) and hot pepper.
After that, the seasoned meat is placed in a 300° oven with a baking time ranging from one hour and a half to two hours, this depends on the consistency of the meat.
After cooking, is passed a dash of vinegar and .... the Pampanella is finally ready !!
1- The meat is cut into slices.
2- The cut pieces are placed on the counter, ready to be seasoned.
3- The meat is seasoned with salt initially.
4- Then it is seasoned with sweet chili.
5- All the seasoned pieces are placed in a baking dish and hot pepper is sprinkled on them.
6- The wet straw paper is laid on the meat and is put in the oven.
7- After two hours the pampanella is cooked!
8- As a final touch: a splash of vinegar and. . .
9- . . .Pampanella is ready to be served. . .
