The meat is cut into slices and seasoned with salt, garlic, sweet red pepper (to give the typical red color) and hot pepper.
After that, the seasoned meat is placed in a 300° oven with a baking time ranging from one hour and a half to two hours, this depends on the consistency of the meat.
After cooking, is passed a dash of vinegar and .... the Pampanella is finally ready !!
